Terms of Service

This serves as a general TOS for commissions outside of VGen. If you want a more specific TOS for each commission type, please check them on my VGen.

✦ General
Upon commissioning me, you have read, understood, and accepted my terms of service.- Finished artwork will be sent through email in both JPEG and PNG files.
- I have the right to decline your commission request under any circumstances.✦ Payment and refunds- International: Ko-Fi or VGen
- Malaysians: Touch n Go or Bank transfer
- Other: Robux, Crepe gift card points, Steam games
- There are local prices for Malaysians only. Please contact me beforehand or you will be quoted the price in USD! Payment can be made through VGen/Ko-fi using PayPal or bank transfer.
- For currencies weaker than MYR, you will also be offered the local price. Please contact me beforehand.
- Full payment is to be made upfront.
- No refunds unless there's a problem on my part, in which I will give a full refund.✦ Revisions- Major revisions aren't offered for rendered pieces. If a pose was already provided by the client, then I will go straight to finishing without confirmation.
- If a pose is not provided, major revisions (up to 2 times) will be offered. To avoid me choosing a pose you don't like/running out of revisions, I really recommend choosing a pose beforehand.
- For lineart pieces, major revisions are allowed up to 3 times.
- I will only do minor mistake fixes after completion. This applies to lineart pieces as well if 3 revisions were made. In that case, the final revision will be the final piece and only mistake fixes are allowed after that.
- SKEB Sketch and Headshot won't have revisions and only mistake fixes are offered.✦ Deadlines and delivery
- Completion may take 2 to 8 weeks depending on availability and motivation.
- Don't rush me or have short deadlines. However, if I take too long, don't be afraid to remind me.✦ Usage policy- Only for personal use.
- You are free to repost the commissioned artwork on any social media platform. Please credit me when doing so by stating my username sakaery, especially if you're posting it on a public account.
- You are free to turn the commissioned artwork into physical items such as keychains, prints, pins, etc as long as they're not for sale.
- Don't remove my watermark and ensure that it's always shown (except PFP, that's fine but still credit me).
- Don't edit or modify my artwork. Please just tell me if anything needed to be changed.
- Don't use my artwork for gen AI training, sell as NFT, or claim it as your own creation.
- Commissioned artwork may be posted or used for future references. Please inform beforehand if you would like to keep it private.✦ Important things to note- I am usually best at drawing older men. Adolescents, women, and furries/animals aren't my strong suit. I'm not good with very pretty characters or cutesy designs either as they don't translate well in my art style.
- My understanding of anatomy isn't the greatest, as such, I cannot do complicated poses and crazy angles.
- I am not good at having creative freedom. I would prefer to have visual references and specifics. It's not required but it would greatly help me and get the job done faster.
- It would be helpful if you could provide different drawings or describe the physical appearance of your OC because I tend to draw the features according to the art style. For example, the OC is supposed to have a long shaped face but the reference's art style made the face short. If not specified, in that case I will draw the face short.
- For commissions of canon male One Piece characters, I like to draw their eyes like Oda does, which is making them have small black irises. If you don't want this, please let me know! If they don't have a canon eye colour, grey will be the default unless you tell me your own headcanon.✦ Rejected medias
- I won't accept commissions from these medias due to various reasons (mostly problematic and personal dislike).

- Resets when discount is used. If you commission me again three or more times after that, you can get the discount again.

- 👀 10% discount for commissions of middle-aged or old men... because I love them <3✦ Artwork info- Canvas size fluctuates depending on the type of commission. If you need a specific size, do let me know.
- Default bg is plain white
- You could request for a transparent bg✦ Additional fees:- Additional characters (max 2)
- Rendered (Fully shaded, refined, takes time basically)
- Rendered in b&w
- Flat colour (Just the base colour, no shading)
- Animal/creature (If the design is simple enough, additional fee won't apply. If you're not sure, ask me)
